CTS3.0 Coating Quality Tracking System

CTS3.0 is an online coating quality tracking system for coating and laminating production lines. It is not a camera-based surface-defect product; its core value is measuring and tracking adhesive coating amount in real time.

The system uses a CV300 online measuring head with transverse scanning to monitor coating weight across the web. It is designed to identify coating-weight fluctuation early, reduce manual sampling error and keep every roll more consistent from production to finished-product review.
