T1000

T1000 Tension Controller

The T1000 is a full-touchscreen web tension controller for roll-to-roll tension-control applications. Compared with a basic controller interface, it provides a clearer operating panel, sensor and no-sensor control options, and multiple output signals for different brake, motor or pneumatic-brake configurations.

Position it as the higher-interface controller option for projects where operators need touchscreen operation, flexible output signals and automatic tension adjustment in printing, packaging, coating, laminating, slitting or rewinding lines.

32-bit high-precision AD sampling with 1 us sampling time.
Full touchscreen controller interface for easier operation and parameter setting.
Can drive magnetic particle brakes, motors and pneumatic brakes according to project configuration.
Supports single or double pressure sensors and pendulum-arm potentiometer input.
Can operate in internal arithmetic automatic mode without a sensor where the machine design allows it.
