The OR Series Web Monitoring System is designed for real-time visual monitoring of high-speed printed webs, labels and other roll-to-roll materials. It uses high-resolution cameras and on-screen image display to help operators observe print quality, registration, surface condition and process stability more clearly during production.
The system is intended for visual monitoring and operator-assisted quality checking. It helps convert fast-moving web images into clear on-screen images for observation, magnification and comparison. For customers requiring automatic defect classification, alarm output and 100% defect judgment, a dedicated automatic inspection system should be selected separately.
