T500 Web Tension Controller

The T500 is a fully automatic web tension controller for roll-to-roll production lines in printing, packaging, papermaking, textile printing and related converting processes. It is used where stable web tension affects print registration, coating consistency, rewinding quality, inspection accuracy and overall production stability.

Position it as a practical controller for stabilizing unwinding, rewinding or intermediate tension control zones. Final configuration should be selected according to material, line speed, tension range, brake or clutch type and machine control method.
