OK6000 Application-Based Online Quality Inspection System

The OK6000 is an application-based quality inspection platform for roll-to-roll production lines. According to the customer’s machine type, material and inspection workflow, it can be configured for flexographic printing inspection, plain-material online inspection or rewinding offline final inspection.

The system uses high-resolution line-scan imaging, AI-assisted inspection algorithms and multiple optional lighting solutions to help manufacturers identify surface defects, print defects and quality deviations during production or final roll inspection.

1. Flexographic Printing Online Inspection

This configuration is designed for flexographic printing machines and bag-making machines. It supports real-time 100% inspection during printing and helps detect defects such as knife lines, dirty spots, insects, ink spots, scratches, missing print and registration deviation.
